Useful tools and codes

Since 2010 I have been using Mac OS X based computers to perform my research. For the last one year I have accunulated a number of tools that might be valuable for Mac users. At this page you will find some Automator applications that can help in solving multiple tasks quicky and efficiently.

Also, I post some of my Matlab functions that I find handy in every day Matlab coding (Coming soon!)

ISO creation tools for Automator, Mac OS X

This small utility creates iso image file from any folder or file using build-in functionality of Mac OS X. Note, that it has to be copied to your desktop before running.

 Archive tools for Automator, Mac OS X

Two files below perform bulk archives extraction. One is for working with Rar files, while the other is for Zip files. Zip bulk extractor solely uses build-in routines, while RaR bulk extractor requires installation of free UnRarX software.

PDF tools for Automator, Mac OS X

Set of PDF tools enclosed allows for several operations without purhcasing any additional PDF handling software. There are three files. The first one allows to merge several pdf documents into one. The second one converts other files to PDF, while the last one merges two PDFs containing even and odd pages of the same document.
